1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 88bet.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 88bet.ph website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, accessing the 88bet.ph Login page, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;

2 Eligibility

88bet.ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification and age verification checks at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by 88bet.ph, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active player account on 88bet.ph. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4 Account Security

88bet.ph accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment channels only. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. GCash deposits start at ₱100.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 88bet.ph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 88bet.ph account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 88bet.ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 88bet.ph player account.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

88bet.ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 88bet.ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

8 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 88bet.ph are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply across all games:

• All random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Results are determined by physical game outcomes and are not subject to manipulation by 88bet.ph.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 88bet.ph will apply its standard void-game policy as described in the relevant game rules. Bets placed on voided rounds will be refunded.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88bet.ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification;

• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be forfeited;

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88bet.ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 88bet.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 88bet.ph.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88bet.ph shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

88bet.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;

13 Suspension and Termination

88bet.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a regulatory authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

15 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 88bet.ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88bet.ph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 88bet.ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
